Redemption Guidelines:

  • To redeem your complimentary 11th weekday lunch, please send us a booking request through info@piratagroup.hk. 

  • Redemption is valid on a standard, entry-level set lunch. Add-on items are not included, and will be charged separately.

  • Surrender this card fully filled-in with your valid details to our staff on the occasion of your redemption meal. Invalid or incomplete details are not accepted.

  • Only the original card is accepted. Damaged, photographed or photocopied cards are not accepted for redemption.

  • Only 1 redemption per guest at a time.

  • Other perks, discounts, rewards or privileges are not available in conjunction with your redemption.

  • In case of damage or loss for any reason, cards will not be re-awarded.

  • By using this card, you agree to be added to Pirata Group's marketing database.

  • Pirata Group, as the proprietor of this program, reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Rules of Use at its sole discretion.

  • In case of dispute, as the owner of this program, Pirata Group has the right of final decision.
